What began as a weekend trip to wine country became a lifelong calling for husband and wife Troy and Jennifer Laudette. Drawn in by the craft, the community, and the sheer joy of a great glass shared with good people — they knew wine was their future.

Pavon Wines is their answer to that calling. Focused on Portuguese grapes and other lesser known varietals, each bottle carries a piece of Troy’s wine making experience, Jennifer’s ancestral roots in the Azore Islands, and the exceptional fruit of the Pacific Northwest.
